The page you're reading can't tell exactly why, but the most likely reasons for this disruption are:


OPTION 1: We might be scaling our infrastructure

We regularly scale up and down to meet demand. When one of these operations completes, there is an unavoidable period of disruption that typically lasts less than 60 seconds. In this case, service will be restored within seconds.

OPTION 2: A big match might just have ended

Traffic to Superbru surges when events finish because lots of users log in at the same time to check their results. We automatically scale up in preparation for this, but occasionally we still get swamped by traffic. Try coming back in a few minutes, when the crest of the wave will have passed.

OPTION 3: Something else might be wrong

If neither scenario above is in play, something else will be wrong. Rest assured that sirens will be going off at Superbru HQ as our monitoring detects the issue, and we will be leaping into action to resolve it.
